“Excellent service, really impressed. I came to York to do the marathon and was staying on the opposite side of the city to the race start. Booked a taxi in advance by phone, explaining the need to get to the start. My local taxi company at home is hopeless with advance bookings so I was worried I'd have problems in York too. I'd already downloaded the Fleetways app which meant after I made the booking it appeared in the app, allowing me to see the car on the move, which was massively reassuring. The lovely driver Andrew was a few minutes early and knew exactly where to go, navigating the road closures, getting us to the official drop-off point with plenty of time.
