   Booked a school pick up trip for my daughter - prepaid - driver took a much longer, roundabout route & told her that extra will be debited because traffic was heavy & charges are now made for the time the journey takes - driver said it was a recent change to company policy & even though trip had been paid up front extra would be debited from the card. Prepaid amount was £27, when extra added for longer journey/heavy traffic the one way trip cost £40...absolute scam & we won't ever use company again (having been regular users, at least once every couple of weeks).

   I was kind of hopeful for a local, competitively priced alternative to uber. The trip was a let down, the app didn’t show an allocated driver for ages so myself, partner, and elderly grandparent stood waiting for ages. When I rang customer service they picked up the phone without a greeting, I didn’t know they’d picked up at all. The driver on getting in asked me if I was happy if he was on the phone to a friend, to which I agreed I was happy with. He then loudly said something, then again, and again, it transpired he was in fact talking to me and then had the audacity to call me rude for not replying. He then proceeded to flout speed limits (doing above 30 in a 20 - though he was very cautious of the limit when passing a police van), tailgate other vehicles adhering to the speed limit, and he couldn’t keep his hands off his second phone; texting or interacting with an app between his legs. The heating was set so high everyone in the car began to feel ill, and eventually we ended the trip early to avoid feeling totally sick. Next time I’ll just walk. Deleting the app and won’t be using again. I’ve also just realised they added a waiting time or extras payment to the fee which was not made obvious at the time of booking. Bit of a scam really.

   The last driver was brilliant. We had a lovely chat on my way back home. So for him 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I took one star off of the main raising for the reason that once I booked the driver came but once i told the destination his reaction was that he cannot travel due to school run (understandable, but the system didn't ask for destination) this caused in longer waiting time for another car. So those four stars is for the system even i would say it should be less but the drivers was nice. Just they need to sort it the system

   The driver turned up on time. We were kept informed of pickup by text. The drivers were extremely polite and very friendly. And I would like to thank the driver on the return trip for returning with an item that we had left behind in the taxi. I would definitely use this company again.

   I have booked 2 separate trips to Manchester airport and back with this firm this summer. The first was great- very efficient- but I forgot to leave a review! Then I booked for myself, my brother and sister in law on 19/9, pick up 26/9. I cannot recommend this company enough- the whole booking, confirmation and ease of pick up is brilliant. We were also lucky enough to to have the same driver going out and in- Omar- who remembered us and couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you very much!

   Came up to celebrate our anniversary (the fire). Want a taxi from hotel we were staying at to the town. The driver Nicole turned up on time and when I asked about a nice place for a anniversary, we the place she advised was absolutely amazing, lets say its a meat lovers place. We had an amazing time all thanks to Nicole. Had a return journey, reasonable price. Defo recommend this firm.

   Booked taxi night before for a trip to london with the kids. Taxi knew our train time, still didn’t arrive until half hour after our train left. The Christmas trip got cancelled last second as I couldn’t use my ticket on another train. Family left heartbroken. No apology and what’s worse is there is nothing but a automated system to call then doesn’t let you speak to a human. Terrible I would never use again.

   I ordered a taxi for 7pm and by 10 past it hadn't arrived. I phoned and was told by some surly person that it would be 10 minutes, no apology or anything. Eventually, it turned up half an hour late, no explanation or apology. We had a table booked for dinner and this spoilt our evening somewhat as it curtailed our evenings socialising with friends. I'm aware that the city is busy at this time of year but the attitude was appalling and half an hour late is unacceptable. Won't use them again
