Horrible customer service! Completely unhelpfu. It's almost better not to ask for assistance at all, because you’ll just end up frustrated. Your staff need better training on how to respond when a customer asks for help. I approached three different team members during my visit, and each of them made zero effort to assist me. I was essentially left to wander around with a “find it yourself” approach. I became so annoyed that I asked to speak to a supervisor, who at least tried to understand and help. Still giving one star, as was so unplesent experience.

A typically large store... Nice to see staff visible on the shopfloor for general help. Sometimes you need a deep look around to find bargains and interesting things. Self service tills are OK, until you need a staff member, this really hampered our trip A very successful visit today. I would say that some things appear too expensive for what they are here, I just don't buy those things!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent shopping experience at Dunelm Greenford. The store is well laid out, making it easy to find everything from home furnishings to kitchen essentials. Staff were very professional, friendly, and happy to help with queries. A wide range of products at reasonable prices, with plenty of options for all styles and budgets. The checkout was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A great place to shop if you’re looking to refresh your home — highly recommended!

The shop is situated right next to A40 heading into London not hard to find. The parking lot is good not very cramped when full. Inside the store is clean, tidy and with space between the aisles and having signs above the aisles makes it easy to navigate around the store. They offer a lot of house goods at a good price. As in furniture displayed is limited but the other goods make up easily for this. Plenty of stuff for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to make them more welcoming. Visited the store for 1st and had a very pleasant time here. Definitly will be visiting other Dunelm stores if needed, will come really handy when changing houses. The food corner on the upper level comes in handy forxa coffee or sandwhich, or for a short rest. The staff are good. Payments are made easy, but the self checkout machines need looking after as the scanner might read an item twice for no reason. On both levels you'll find toilets accessible to disabled persons and diaper change room.

Visited two days ago with my family. First visit. I’m going to be blunt and just say I rarely leave the house due to my disability so if I do it is either because of my kids or out of necessity. The other day is was due to the latter. I’m from the US originally, born & raised, but have lived in the UK for 15 years now. If I see sale items or actual items marked down- it might be the American in me- but a girl is going to live a deal. The thing is though, I have rarely seen true offers. I’ve seen mark ups followed by a 10-15% discount by retailers but I guess that’s the game. Well on this particular day I moved my Multiple Sclerosis self around the store. With my kids at my side. Looking for offers. One offer on particular looked “cute”. Yet I had my suspicions so I went all Nancy drew- too photos to confirm at the till later on. You know. Just in case. Because the economy is not like “sure let them trick you for a few pounds”. - the lift is scary. My kids thought it would break at moment. I can’t climb stairs. - I’d recommend checking shelves. Some items fell off randomly almost hitting my younger one. (Heavy stool) Now to the issue that ruffled my feathers. At checkout the young man looked nervous so I asked him to confirm the prices of the led light that were on offer for £1.50. He said £3. I corrected him showing the picture I took and said he can see it also in person. His response. “We charge whatever comes up on the system”. So you’re putting false prices? I’m pretty sure that’s against standards? At the end of the day it comes to store policy so what’s up Dunelm?

Тhere is plenty of choice of bedding, curtains, towels, kitchen equipment and rugs. The staff are polite, and the restaurant is great. Plenty of parking space and it is free. I really enjoyed shopping there. The quality of the items seems to be good. I did not have to return any of the curtains I bought as they were lovely!

AVOID UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR BEDDING, CURTAINS AND CUT TO SIZE. NO MATTER WHAT THE REPLY WILL BE TO THIS MESSAGE, I AM ONE OF THE SCAMMED CUSTOMER BY THIS BUSINESS. I WILL CONTACT AUTHORITIES TO CHECK ON THEM AS MOSTLY ANYTHING IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID!

Love this shop, lots of Xmas bits, reasonably priced. Disappointing that they have stopped selling material from the roll ( which is why I went there). They have so much stock it is extremely difficult to navigate your trolley through the aisles past other customers. And have 2 out of 6 tills open with 6 customers queueing (both tills dealing with returns and refunds) whilst 4 members of staff stood chatting and laughing with the security guard

We went there just in time for their Anniversary sale and it was a great sale. Discounts were up to 70%. You'll find most of the well known international brands here from shoes, bags, makeups, perfumes etc. I spent most of my shopping allowance here buying clothes and shoes. It is a normal shopping center with some good options for clothes etc. You have 5-6 different options for food and same for coffee. Good location. Recommended for normal kind of shopping. Classic shoping centre.... very good location in center of city... good shops, people, air... need to go there ;)

They graciously opened up on Boxing Day to catch us 'guilty' shoppers who needed to buy exchange gifts for friends we were not expecting anything from. Plenty of 20% to 50% bargains to be had in the sale ( see photos). Good range of rugs, cushions, and home ware. Not impressed by the lift being immobilised. Was it because they were short staffed and they couldn't police how many heavily trolleys might attempt the journey to the first floor or was it genuinely broken. Prices are not keen on lighting or basic furniture even in the sale. John Lewis anyday range still beating them there as well as Habitat ranges retailing through Argos. Slightly dingy drab feeling throughout the store though and price labels hard to read. Certainly not addressing disabilities / access issues. Happy with what l bought but unlikely to return. Be warned they have a very slow wind around approach queueing system to the checkout counter. Keep kids occupied or you're likely to run out of patience.
