“I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. “A typically large store... Nice to see staff visible on the shopfloor for general help. Sometimes you need a deep look around to find bargains and interesting things. Self service tills are OK, until you need a staff member, this really hampered our trip A very successful visit today. I would say that some things appear too expensive for what they are here, I just don't buy those things!”
