   WARNING 0/5 STARS: Caution for Potential Buyers! If possible, AVOID and STEER CLEAR! Although I don't typically write reviews, I feel compelled to warn others about the incredibly poor and unprofessional customer service provided by Base Furnishings. Were it not for the lure of a furniture voucher, I would never even consider dealing with this company. Let me outline my concerns. Firstly, their online/showroom furniture selection is severely limited. Secondly, their pricing is exorbitantly high, well above the prevailing market rates (I strongly recommend conducting thorough online market research before placing any orders, as you'll find most of their products available on competitor websites at a fraction of the cost—around half or even one-third of the price). Thirdly, their "price match promise" is a complete scam. They will require YOU to reach out to other sellers and obtain written confirmation from them regarding Base Furnishings' lower price, inclusive of delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. However, once you've gone through the effort and provided this evidence, Base Furnishings will come up with multiple excuses to avoid honoring the price match and, ultimately, CANCEL your order after weeks of working with them. To save yourself both time and money, I highly recommend visiting reputable high street vendors such as John Lewis, DFS, Oak Furniture, etc., where you can be confident in receiving quality goods and services that are worth your hard-earned money and where you will treat you as a valued customer.

   I met Sogol from Base Furnishings for my new flat and I had a great experience with her service. She managed to offer several furniture design options and provide professional suggestion. She was responsive and also capable to handle unexpected issues. She also organised great logistic management for installation. Highly recommended!

   Spent £5K and extremely poor value for money so it took me ages to decide on choices. Constantly being told items are not available or to pick another. Communication is also non-existent. Definitely would not recommend. Still have not received 2 items!

   Amazing range of furniture for all sorts of homes and budgets. I needed a 3 piece sofa at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality and design of the sofa was great for the price. On a previous occasion I purchased a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The staff delivered all the items pre assembled. This was great as I did not have to build the units. They also took all the plastic and boxes away with them. ...a very efficient outfit. I will most definitely use them again.

   I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you!
