   My experience with EGI has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a full kitchen in March 2025, paid 90% upfront as per their policy, and everything went downhill from there. The worktop was cut completely wrong the first time, and after raising the issue, they took it back and made me wait another two weeks for a replacement. When the new worktop arrived, it had the exact same mistakes—as if no one bothered to fix anything. The fitters refused to listen, dismissed our concerns, and went ahead with the installation anyway, even though we clearly told them it was wrong. Calling the EGI office was pointless—they offered zero support. Now, seven months later, I’m stuck with a badly cut worktop and that I didn’t approve and attachments falling off as shown in pics and EGI still hasn’t provided the 5-year warranty documents they proudly advertise. Repeated requests have been completely ignored. This company has shown a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. I would strongly warn anyone considering EGI to think twice. My experience has been costly, stressful, and incredibly disappointing.

   I recently had wardrobes fitted and am extremely happy with the whole experience. The quality of the wardrobes is excellent and the prices are very competitive. The customer service was outstanding—professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ashish Vohra, our wardrobe designer. He was incredibly personable, attentive, and gave us great advice based on our needs. He clearly explained what would work and what wouldn’t, and helped us choose a design and colours that were both practical and aesthetically pleasing. His professionalism and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

   After a few years our kitchen from white doors have gone off white for all the top doors but bottom cupboards are still white. The film in the sun apparently must have made them off white. Please be careful when purchasing white with EGI. We haven’t approached them as the young woman was quite rude on the phone to my wife and kept shouting at her after 3 days of installation of the kitchen units when minor faults were identified and nothing done. Guarantee is just on paper. Unfortunately the photos of proof are not clear. First photo is of discoloured doors and second photo is the original white.

   Egi is a great company to work with for bespoke furnitures . Their sr designer Baljinder is very knowledgeable and works with you to maximise the space and crafts designs to suit your requirements. I have done multiple projects - children’s room, TV room, Hallway storage , wardrobes etc and extremely pleased with their services. The fitters are professional and polite as well . Highly recommended

   At first was very impressed, Baljinder was very quick to draw up designs and talk us through the options and find an early date for fitting. However after sales service is so poor and receptionist is rude. One of the shelves has already started to warp and bend out of shape (we have not even used the wardrobe yet) and so asked them to come and have a look as they offer 5 years guarantee. Receptionist Anu is rude and abrupt so you're not sure if your message even gets past the front desk. It's been over a month and still waiting for a new shelf. Also asked to speak to the manager as there was some damage done to our freshly plastered walls during fitting. Was told someone would call me back the next day. Again, been a month and still waiting...

   Bajinder Singh, Senior Design Consultant, was my first and main point of contact for EGI and what an outstanding service he provided. His communication skills, experience, technical product knowledge and design recommendations completely exceeded all expectations. All my queries were promptly answered, even outside of business hours, through the appropriate communication mediums, Phone, WhatsApp, text and/or email allowing me to make quick decisions. I highlight this because I did not receive this kind of service from the various other companies I was considering. Additionally, Baljinder’s punctuality and efficiency resulted in him providing timely quotations, ahead of his competitors and at very competitive prices. Sharan and Jaggan were the professional fitters of the wardrobes and they continued the outstanding service. Sharan and Jaggan were punctual every morning, even after a 60-90 minute commute, worked extremely fast throughout and did not let the quality of the fitting suffer. They make a great team and have left a very high quality finish on wardrobes which hopefully I can enjoy for years to come. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves every day. Overall a very professional and prompt team that delivers very high quality products. Baljinder, Sharan and Jaggan are a true asset for EGI. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

   They were late and didn't inform me until I called them and they apologised. I was repeatedly told they would come see to damages as they scratched the newly painted walls taking furniture upstairs. After installation I immediately informed the head office and the sales rep that the units were damaged and they apologised saying they will replace them. They have kept telling me that they will replace the drawers. They even gave a date and made me wait at home and didn't pitch. The 2 gentleman who installed the units did a great job because they had to cut through a worktop we bought elsewhere and cut exactly to size and fit very well. They were very polite and helpful.. At head office they asked if I had spare paint for the walls and after a few days said they won't fix it. Their words exactly were 'please read the contract and we have clearly stated the scratches and dents are liable to have happened as we carry big panels. the workmen do try their level best to be careful but practical 100% security is never guaranteed'. Do not use this company. The furniture that they installed was rubbish, they don't arrive when they say they will. Its not worth the hassle. Pay a little more for a company that will hold its staff accountable. If you want poor quality units, to be given the run around, to wait at home wasting your time waiting for this company to repair their mess and not actually pitch, then this company is for you.

   We had our cupboards installed in 2019 by EGI Interiors. Initially, our sales representative was great and the installation was a high standard (so we thought). We had to chase on the so called 5 year guarantee. We started to see condensation build up inside the cupboards. Ventilation had not been installed. This was also built up against an external wall so the cavity should have had some room to breathe. Now, we have cupboards that pick up LITRES of water (all photos of bags collecting water every 2-4 weeks) over the winter period, and cold periods. The company suggested we had 'damp' and it was not their problem but that is far from the truth as this had not happened prior to the installation of their cupboards as we had cupboards previously there. As a result of them, this has meant getting black mould inside our cupboards, and moisture on our clothes and belongings. We have contacted EGI on several occasions, by phone, text, email and they are hardly responsive. The times you can contact them, their phone service is so rude. It is now end of 2021 and we still have not been able to use this 'guarantee' they provide. They promise someone will be coming but it seems the only option now is trading standards as we have given up trying to resolve this directly. If you are buying with them, their cupboards have lasted but their customer service is beyond shocking. The warranty is an absolute joke like the actual company itself. The cupboards may be cost effective, but eventually you'll pay the price. Consider yourself warned. Avoid.
