   Once again a rude arrogant driver, obviously not one of our local speedline drivers that I've used for years, Overcharged and took his own route then challenged me to stay in the car to complain to base, also shouted at an elderly driver. Rude and aggressive drivers are being used.

   Usually the drivers are cool and have used them for many years However just had an awful experience with experience with a disgusting driver I told him the route I wanted to go on getting in the taxi He was too busy speaking to someone else to hear me He drove past the route I stated I told him on four occasions that he was not going the right way had to call base to tell them . Hoping to be was toback from them This is not right a lobe female being driven somewhere she does not know and the driver giving no indication of why he is going where he wants Not good hope he doesn't do this to someone else and end up with more than he bargained for ,. image that happened to his wife or daughter.bet he would have caused some stink about it l Basically kidnapped by someone eindont know absolute CREEP

   Got a taxi from Ilkley Road to local Co-op and to return on Fri and Satthis week Fri £7 and Sat £8. Queried price with driver and was told notto use them again.used this firm since they opened but never again till they start hiring drivers who don’t see customers as a way to bump up their wages

   The service was prompt and just took the expected arrival time. The driver chatted in a friendly manner and explained the rather strange requirement that private car hire drivers lose their licence once they incur 6 points for speeding. The car itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a minimum £4 to pay once you have been picked up.
