   My post-midnight taxi turned up exactly on time with Mahmoud (hope I've spelled that right), who was friendly and helpful. We had a nervous few minutes while he tried to get the hotel gates open, but he managed it in the end with a relieved smile! It was a great run back and extremely good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this taxi company or this driver. Thank you.

   If you can go with anyone else, do. Absolutely no point in pre-booking a taxi for them to say “sorry there’s no cars in the area at the moment”. Useless. Just to add to this horrific review - now they have decided to take the money out of my account, THEN tell me it’s £15 extra to pay when I actually get in the car. You’re a set of thieves and I will never, ever, EVER use you again.

   Dropped off at completely wrong location, so won't be using this firm again. No wonder the driver was completely going around the houses as he dropped me a mile off in the opposite direction. Not that familiar with the area so mistakenly trusted the driver knew what he was doing. Complained to supervisor and they insisted that is where we requested. How, when it was totally off the route we needed! 0 stars for customer service!

   Usually have a pleasant experience on an evening but mornings are just terrible. Quite clear you don't have enough drivers so why keep accepting bookings. Ordered a booking for 8.35. Its 8.50 and I am still waiting for it. This was a pre booked and paid for taxi too, booked at around 7am. Terrible terrible service. The reason people book taxis is because they have somewhere to be. At a specific time. I should have been on the train 5 minutes ago to work. Once you call them to complain, and ask where your taxi is, you're cut off mid sentence by a "where are you?" Then given some bollax excuse that the taxis round the corner clearing. Think they forget we can actually see where the taxis are on the tracking map. Won't be using this service ever again.
