    Please please do not use this taxi firm. My father looks after my terminally ill mother and I took him out for a well deserved game of pool. At the rank and texting to make sure all was good, I had a street cars driver hollering at me. I finished my text and spoke to him only to be confronted by a torrent of abuse saying he was too busy to talk to me and would wait there (as he knows the boss) to ensure I would not get a taxi. The staff from the attached takeaway came out also leaving me feeling threatened. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will use Uber from now on

    Would give them zero if I could - got up early to do the Leeds park run, waited 35 mins for a taxi that never came. Missed the race and taxi never showed. No apology either and they kept lying to us when we'd contact them saying that the taxi would be there any second.

    We called them at 4:17 and they said they would meet us in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no one had rang so we got a public taxi - good thing because street car taxis still haven't rang us. We didn't see any of these cars while we were waiting, despite seeing numerous Uber's and amber taxis - will most likely go with them next time.

    This firm really want closing down, they are a disgrace. I'vs had far better service in third world countries. They treat you like dirt at the office. I only live 3/4 mile from town, and not only was I charged £10, but I had two people in my cab that I didn't even know, who were friends of the driver, and got charged for their journey too! The driver was as rude as it gets, and drove dangerously. Don't use this firm.

    I ordered a taxi the other night (7pm) and it was a disaster, I ended up missing 1/3 of my sports class because they screwed me over for no reason. Not only did the taxi not show up for 30 minutes when I was told 10 minutes but the driver assigned to me told me he got the assignment 4 minutes before he arrived, which means either the dispatcher straight up lied that he had sent a taxi when he hadn't, or he did send one and the driver completely failed to show up. I was standing in the exact spot I said I would be for the entirety of the time and if I missed the taxi they wouldn't have sent a replacement without asking so I know either the dispatcher or the first driver I was assigned chose to mess me around, thereby making me really late. Terrible experience, would not recommend ever taking a Street Cars taxi as they lie to you and don't show up when they explicitly say the taxi is on its way.
