Your drivers are fond of taking longer routes to ensure they get above the estimated fares, it's been twice now I have to challenge them why take the longer route, they just feign ignorant that they're following the Google maps.
Excellent service... arrived on time. The driver was very helpful assisting my husband with his seatbelt. A very careful driver.
Absolutely appalling taxi service. Prebooked an 8 person taxi(s) in Leeds 2 days in advance using the veezu app. The booking was confirmed but the taxi(s) didn't show and I couldn't speak to anyone to ask where they were. The taxis were prebooked for an important work related event (with strict start time) and this caused a significant amount of distress as we only just made the event in time thanks to a rival taxi service that shows up to bookings.
Booked a taxi ten days in advance to collect from Leeds Bradford airport at 2am only to be told they’re “waiting for a driver” why on earth would I book a taxi for a specific time if I wanted to wait around in the freezing cold at 2am with my family? Booked an Uber which came in 5 minutes absolutely ridiculous won’t be using them again. Really gone downhill since it’s changed its name.
Taxi - no show, made me late for work. Unreliable company. Used to be a good taxi firm - until taken over by Amber. Despite booking a car 24hrs in advance, I was told by the Amber call handler that bookings only appear in their system 15 minutes before - so pre-booking is pointless... I suspect that positive reviews here are fake, given the multitude and repeated negative experiences that I and friends have had. Avoid - you have been warned...
Car had not arrived at the time of the text which stated my car had arrived. I was informed by my next text that I could pay via Google Pay and the driver said ‘no’ it is cash only. If this was the case, why did I get the text!? Probably so they could get more money out of me than google pay. Also, my wife complained about a previous bad experience and had her number blocked. Unprofessional indeed!
Should have thought twice about booking with this company after seeing their lower than average reviews. Booked a collection the night before for a 6:30am estate car to go Leeds Bradford airport.. 6:40 no cab. Call them. Sorry, we’re just waiting for an estate car to be despatched! When will that be? Sorry we can’t tell you! Brilliant! Their phone system is shocking too! If you can’t answer the phone properly or pick up clients on time, don’t be a taxi firm! My family are taking me now!
Ordered a Taxi for the friendly at Leeds United Elland Road for Friday. We ordered in good time for a 6.00pm the day before. Checked again on Friday morning. Despite ringing three times to confirm it was on its way from where we live in Shadwell and the Driver was on the case. No driver arrived. We cancelled having got a lift from a neighbour going to the match. We cancelled around 6.45pm. I can’t express strongly enough that anything said via the Cab Operator were mere platitudes. This isn’t in anyway a reliable Taxi Firm. What does booking mean to this firm?????? Never, never again. Platitudes: 1. He knows 2. Mad Friday 3. Busy on the Roads 4. Top of the list
We ordered a taxi this morning to our family home, when the taxi arrived it drove past use and parked further down the road. I went down to see if this was our car, it was,i spoke to the driver telling him he was at the wrong address, bit he was addamant he was at the rìght house. He drove off after 5 minutes. We had to order another taxi, which turned up within 3 mins.. i told the driver, he said i should complain..
