    First of all this driver arrived 7 mins early 2 stars are for not pressurising me to board the taxi then and there! However, what I fail to understand is why some drivers would like to know where we are from and where we are flying to, although it may seem innocent questions, however, it often leads to more personal questions, especially when travelling in the midnight. being a woman these conversations are not welcomed. Driver got angry because I politely said I am busy doing some work on my phone, and if that’s okay with him ( which I genuinely was) and in the end, during payment driver wanted to take my card off of me and then he wanted to take the payment, I said if it is a tap I can do that, so he was not happy with that either. Then he refused to help me with the luggage. Please train your drivers if a woman doesn’t like to engage in a conversation to leave us alone and behave better and not try and intimidate. Car was smelly as well so in this winter I had to open the window. Overall not an experience I would like to go through again!

    Pre booked the day before for a morning taxi to Leeds train station. Rang up 10 mins after it was due to arrive, was told it would be another 10 mins, it actually took another 15. Thanks to the lovely driver I made it with literally seconds to spare. He's the only reason I haven't given 1 star. What's the point of pre booking if it's not given any priority?

    The pick up at my address and then at our friend's and journey into Leeds at an early time was good and a reasonable price of £17.90. The return home the following day was 15 minutes late. The meter had a £7.60 start charge and the total was £23.60 a very unsatisfactory end to a great trip to London. Unfortunately no email address for this company so this is the only way to express my dissatisfaction with this company I will be using uber in future

    Driver 29 Arrived promptly to take us to garforth train station. Polite and friendly, comfortable car. Unfortunately despite saying the train was running and on time on arrival at the station then came up cancelled along with the previous train which was running late. Luckily he was still there and able to take us to Leeds train station and we just managed to get the London train.

    Prebooked a taxi. Hadn't turned up after 10 minutes so I rang to ask if it was on its way. Rude operator said I needed to give it time to get there. Waited another 10 minutes, still no taxi so cancelled it. Won't use again. They lost out on two trips but I guess they're not bothered.
