Bought some high end very expensive chairs. They all broke one after the next, exactly the same way (centre screw broke). It’s a clear conception fault. The store declined to help and assist. They are now all broken. When you sell products at that price you have a responsibility towards the consumers. Or your brand will be damaged. Total lack of accountability and customer service. As today would say: never again buy from them I will.
