   I do not recommend. The worst taxi corporation. I booked a taxi about an hour in advance to be at the hospital on time with my child. They did not arrive on time and were delayed. It cost me a lot of stress because I knew we would not be at the hospital on time. When I called the office I heard that the driver would be there in 5 minutes and then he arrived almost half an hour later. Failure

   Ordered a taxi at 1.32-Beeston to rothwell . I was told I’d have to pay before I made the trip because I had never used them before .This I agreed to do Waited over half an hour and then phoned again to ask how long it would be since the tracking was not working. Only me in the queue but no one answered. Then had the trip cancelled on my screen- worst service I’ve ever had from a taxi service. Ordered from Gm and had a taxi in 10mins

   I'd like to thank beeston line so much for looking after my mum in a distraught state and going out of there way to phone the family and let us know she had been phoning due to her dementia and phoning them wanting to go home even though she was home great company 10/10 will definitely recommended

   Rude call handler swearing and shouting! When asked for a manager to talk to was called stupid and the handler was the highest person I could talk to so told to F off and hung up on. Dread to think what the drivers think is ok if this is the manager/owner

   Whenever they say 5mins it’s right most of the time and when they say 5-10mins they come after 30-40mins. One time they sent the taxi to a wrong address which was my old address which I have never mentioned and made me late for work. That time they said 10 mins and after 20mins when I checked the tracking the taxi was near my old address and I quickly called them up and asked for help so after that the taxi took almost 20more mins. Everything happened with that guy who answers the phone. He was rude to me a few times and always moody. I always use Beeston line and I usually call in the morning but sometimes in the afternoon and his mood is always the same. Even though I have experienced all these incidents and disrespect from that phone operator guy I am still using Beeston like yet as it became my habit and a lot of times they come real quick Sunday morning when I need it every Sunday morning. But yesterday he literally shouted at me,he was shouting his head off!! I have never received such horrible customer service from anywhere in the world. I just saw a lot of bad reviews about him,I don’t understand how he is still working here. It’s a shame. I wish there was an option to book taxi automatically always as it comes up sometimes like today I didn’t wanna talk to that guy but called to see if the automatic service comes up so I have booked taxi like that or else I would hang up if it was him. I always need taxi but if it’s him always as usual then I have no choice but to leave this company.

   Taxis are always later than the operator says they will be, and half the time they go to the wrong address making me even later to my destination. I once called for a cab after doing my shopping and 20 minutes later I called back for an update, only to be told that i had not booked it so would be waiting another 20 minutes, I decided to call a friend to come and help me carry my shopping home by foot as it was raining and my 7 year old daughter was cold. I made a complaint and was told the manager would contact Me, that never happened! The operators are rude and tend to blame the drivers but the drivers are always very polite and try their best. I am going to be taking my business elsewhere.
