FOUR TIMES drivers have taken my wife down the M1 instead of the M62. We live in WF11 and there was NOTHING in the WF11 postcode area in the direction they were traveling, only WF8 & WF9. They also confirmed to her that she was traveling to "Knottingley" but when the Veezu app started taking them South, completely away from the WF postcode in general and definitely away from Knottingley, none of their drivers had the IQ to look at their sat nav and go "oh...this is taking me away from Knottingley". Instead, like terrible, modern drivers, they just blindly followed their Sat Nav even if it makes no sense. 2 of the first 3 drivers actually called their despatch in front of my wife and told them they need to update their app/company sat nav (worth noting that Google, Wayze, Tom-Tom, Just Eat, Uber etc ALL lead to the correct address, this is clearly an issue with Veezu's proprietary app) but this 4th time I complained to the driver and told him I expected him to knock at least £10 off (New Years day) for the extra distance he'd travelled in the wrong direction...he told me I had to call. I called and they told me they can't deal with it on call, have to email but if I email a manager will get back in touch with me. I said "so they'll actually call me?"...they then confirmed that, of course they won't, it will all be email. 4/4 wrong and not just a street over but 5-10 miles wrong and they still won't sort it. Absolute shambles.

Worst taxi company ever. I booked a taxi for 7:30 and rang them at 6:55am. The taxi didn’t arrive so I rang them again at 7:32 to get an update and they said was going to be 5-10 minutes. It still didn’t arrive at 7:45. I rang again and they said it was literally around the corner, they even gave me the exact location which would have only taken seconds to get to mine. 5 minutes later, there was still no taxi then I got a text with the reg saying the taxi is on its way. However, the taxi still wasn’t there at 8:05. I rang them again and got told that they have nothing available. They made me wait 35 minutes only to tell me that they had no cars available. Obviously, I was late for my meeting, very late. It didn’t there end as they called me at 8:15 to say my taxi arrived when I had already left to get the bus. I have deleted their number from my phone now. The most useless taxi company I have ever used. I wish there was a zero mark out of 5 as they don’t even deserve one star.

Prebooked a taxi to Leeds train station - no sign of one even on its way to me when it had been booked for. Rang and was told 'we're busy because it's school drop off time'. When I pointed out this was both predictable and I had prebooked they simply repeated that. Explained I needed a taxi or I would miss my train to London for work and was told 'give us 5 or 10 minutes'. Again this was just repeated back to me when I pointed out they were already nearly 10 minutes late with no taxi assigned and I couldn't control the train. It was then another quarter of an hour until a taxi arrived - nearly 25 minutes after it was originally prebooked for. This meant I missed the train and had to buy a replacement ticket last minute for £104. Filled in the feedback form as is the veezu response to all the other comments and absolutely no response. Then the following day on my return journey I booked a taxi home as the train was approaching Leeds - the train had to wait for a platform and unbelievably I was charged a waiting fee after the appalling wait they caused the day before. Absolutely unacceptable all round.

Taxi booked beforehand for 5.45am pick up for airport. Phoned at 5 50am to be told, 5 minutes away. Phoned again at 6.00am to be told driver had cancelled the booking and a new booking had to be made. Car finally turned up at 6.15am. Absolutely shocking customer service as we would not have known booking cancelled had we not have phoned as no communication from Veezu about this. Ended up having to pay extra to be dropped nearer the terminal, so hope Veezu treat this as a formal complaint and refund this money. Unreliable service, so don't bother booking unless you're not fussed about pick up time. To Veezu..don't accept the booking if you can't fulfill or have insufficient drivers. It would reflect better on you to be open and honest when booking being taken. Will not use again

We tried to use this business, but they gave us the 'run around'. Called the first time. Said taxi will be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes called again. Said another 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes called again and the woman told me they had been and gone. NOT TRUE! We were looking out for the taxi the whole time! She asked us did we still want a taxi, I asked how long. Again she said 10-15 minutes!!! Disgusting service!!!

I ordered a taxi around 02:50 am to go to st James hospital and was given a time of arrival at 03:03 am I walked outside to wait for the cab as I was staying with family and I wanted them to try get back to sleep. we had just learned my nan had passed away. Hence me going to the hospital I wanted till 03:40 am outside in the cold on the street of the early hours of Friday morning for a cab that should have been there 35 minutes before. I did get a call to say they were short on cabs but then why on earth send me a test saying a cab was on its way? When the taxi driver arrived he parked half way you the street ... I had to walk to him I soon discovered why ... He was to busy chatting away on loud speaker. I then had to listen to him chatting away to this person on loud speaker when all I wanted to do was sit in silence and absorb the situation on my grandmother passing away I am so unhappy about the services I received that evening nomaily the service is not as bad as this.

Shocking. Had a taxi booked for 04.30am to get to work for 5am. Despite 3 calls to Wheels it didn't come until 05.05, so I was 20 minutes late for work,lost half an hour's pay. Not good, never use again.
