   I visited Dreams on 3 occasions. Each time I was greeted warmly and met by knowledgeable, passionate, caring employees. 1st time was for advice. My husband was awaiting a hip Op and I am in menopause so I get very hot and we talked about cooling mattresses and that we should wait until my husband had his Op. I was advised about cooling mattress/pillow protectors that may help with my hot flushes whilst I hang on on there. Following great nights sleeps on a medium/firm bed on holiday in Barbados, I visited Dreams store to talk about this. I was advised to bring my husband in to ensure the right mattress was bought. So the 3rd time was to buy. John who I met on the first occasion greeted us and directed us to your technology section. This was very interesting, we could feel movement, it pointed out pressure points and confirmed what we needed. We were then directed to mattresses to cover my husbands hip & back issues, my menopausal heat and both our pressure point needs; We were then left alone to trial handpicked options. We were often asked if we needed refreshments. Both Dreams representatives were excellent, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly & caring. All 3 experiences were completely pleasurable. Thank you John and your colleague.

   We were after a new king size mattress so we popped into Dreams New Malden who happened to be having a sale. We were approached by a sales lady who showed us the Sleep match bed which, after puffing up the mattress a few times suggested a number of suitable mattresses for us. We then tried the suggestions until we found one that felt best. Really happy so far.

   John and his team at the New Malden store were so welcoming. I loved John's no-nonsense and non-pushy approach with facts and his support with finding the right bed. He had the right balance of helping us but giving us the space we needed as well - he was also very funny which helped us and our kids relax on such a hot day! Best customer service I've had in a long time, thanks guys - you clearly know your stuff!

   We bought a bed from this store. Usman helped us with selecting of our bed by showing us lots of different mattresses. Ue was extremely knowledge and really took his time with us. This enabled us to buy with confidence.

   My mum bought a bed from here on 3rd May as she needed a bed urgently due to a bereavement and family were coming for the funeral. Firstly, the bed arrived with a damaged drawer, which was replaced and secondly, the mattress slides across the bed despite the base saying it’s non-slip. Upon contacting the store, the salesman wasn’t at all helpful so after complaining, 2 men came to inspect the bed. The younger of the 2 was disinterested and said it’s non-slip, not anti-slip which is ridiculous. Despite saying they would get customer services to contact my mum, no one did. Speaking to Amanda at the store today, she tried to help but got nowhere. The mattress is not fit for purpose and wasn’t even the one that was on display in the showroom, it was a more expensive one. How you can fail to address the matter is disgraceful and I wish I could give you a zero rating as you are an awful company to deal with. Shame on you.
