The worst customer service I have ever had, the quality of my bed far from fair and it have been more than 2 months waiting for the rest of my bed. When they answer the phone I just hear lies and rudeness. I need my money back which was a lot, hopelessly. They do not even deserve 1 star.
I have been using this company for years. Before they use to be really good and now it has gone down the hill. They do not answer customer calls or make arrangements properly. The are a complete waste of time. Do not buy from here!
Bad products, bad people, unprofessional, rude. I was waiting 1 month for a sofa, didn't answer at the phone in this time, and the sofa wasn't what i ordered. They are lying with everything: quality of the products, delivery time. Do not order from them!!!! PS: one star because otherwise i couldn't post this message.
Worst customer service ever, today is the 3rd day I'm waiting for the delivery and still no sign of it. They're not answering my phone now. Everytime I called I get to hear a different story one says I can't get hold of the driver, the other says it's going to be delivered, the other one says the van is broken down it will be delivered tomorrow. If you order anything from them just remember it wont be delivered on time so don't waste your day waiting. They don't deserve one Star ⭐ rating when it comes to customer service specially.
Don’t want to even give 1 star. Found out they are selling the furniture in double the cost. Ordered a dining table was charged just double whereas after 1 week found out a website called Teyli furnitures which sells the same things at half the price. Most likely they are sourcing the good from this merchant and just putting up the markup of 100 percent. Please do check this website before ordering anything with IFCF. They do not pick up calls and does not respond on WhatsApp as well.
I strongly advise anyone to think again when thinking about using this company, The owner lies constantly, doesn't deliver goods and when you do get a delivery you will get something you didn't order. we didn't check reviews before and didn't check them out as a company . DO NOT USE
Don't waste your time with them. It take me 3 months to deliver 1 bed keep chasing them with every phone call i was making different story they were telling lieing. Even the boss customers service was poor doesn't know how to deaI with customers. Doggy company when they ask for cash. never trust them poor quality for that price. just received my delivery with rude driver no manners. I wouldn't recommend. I would give zero star.
The worst experience ever, steer clear of them as they will take your money (cash too) & that’s where the problems start !! They made error after error, they made us wait for over 9wks & repeatedly got the order wrong.. False promises are what they operate on, so be prepared if you choose to order from them !! Completely dissatisfied, disheartened & have lost faith in such companies.. We give them business in order to support local businesses, yet they have no appreciation for our custom !! Lesson learnt, will be going to Ikea in the future, def not to them..
Worst service I have ever had from any business. They deliver me wrong size wardrobe and then never bother to answer. Always tell it will be deliver this day and that day when you call on the delivery day they will actually say, your order is not made and can't do it today. We have paid amazingly high price for a small wardrobe and now they don't want wanna change or bother to change to an original size order. We went there through recommendations but turn out to be the worst supplier. And it's been nearly month and still waiting for my order. Never ever suggest this business to any one.
