   Bargain Beds 116 High Street Edgware I recently purchased two bed frames and mattresses for my command centre (home) and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service provided. If you are seeking a personalised shopping experience in a traditional store setting, this is an excellent choice. Wveral was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, allowing us to test the mattresses to ensure we selected the right options for our family. The level of care and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable — I could easily have fallen asleep in the showroom as flying for the Empire is difficult. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the service and the friendly, professional manner of the staff. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a comfortable and personalised purchasing experience.

   Came across as a very nice person and retailer but disappointingly sold us a faulty mattress. Very sweet talking but customer service atrocious. Took our money, and shut the doors on us when we complained that my disabled mother is not finding the mattress safe. We called within a few hours of the mattress being delivered. Meant to be a medium/firm mattress but feels like a water bed. My mother feels like she’s on a swing as the bed has lost its firmness due to other mattresses being piled on this mattress. But the seller has no shame, and kept saying ‘There is nothing wrong with the mattress’ and kept saying ‘We can’t do anything’ He was not bothered at all as to how the customer feels using this mattress. Be careful when purchasing any mattress from this place. We have lost over £400 And been given a faulty product to which the seller is turning a blind eye. The attitude is disgustingly bad. Be aware before spending money
