   Appalling delivery service from your team. One of the workers particularly, displayed a completely unprofessional attitude. He seemed uninterested in doing the job properly, avoided answering any of our questions, and acted irritated throughout. To make matters worse, he was openly swearing, which is unacceptable behavior in a customer’s home. None of the team showed basic courtesy, such as even asking to remove their shoes or wear covers before entering the house. They didn’t even bother cleaning up their mess until asked to do so. This level of service is disgraceful and reflects a clear lack of proper training in customer service. Urgent improvements need to be made to ensure your staff behaves professionally and respects your customers.
