Booked an airport taxi for 3.50am. Didn’t arrive. Called and they said the order was on hold but we had no calls or app notifications to to tell us that. Apparantly they wanted to confirm ppl and bags, we had already done that when booking. No apology. Taxi was 30 mins late. Don’t mess ppl about when it’s to the airport. We only just made our flight, very stressful for our toddlers first flight because of Arrow.

NO STARS only gave 1 because it would not accept my feedback without. Awful. Got a price and pre paid for airport drop off and pick up. Morley to Manchester and the reverse. Outbound journey was great. The driver was lovely and on time. The rest was a nightmare. Received a call literally the minute I set foot in arrivals. The man who called me then proceeded to argue with me for 45 minutes until I finally hung up on him. He said that there had been a mistake with the booking and we had been undercharged and unless I coughed up an extra £55 he would not be sending a taxi to pick my family and I up. Ivelt like I was been blackmailed and held to ransom This was at 02:30am. He was awful and was quite happy to abandon us at the airport in the small hours with no planned transport to get home. He clearly had no idea whether we had the available funds to make other arrangements. He would not accept that the fault laid fully with arrow cars. He lied about trying to contact me and said he had been trying to call me which I can prove he didn't. I will not be using arrow ever again and would not recommend them. I had to ring back and demand to speak to management to get my refund for the service I had paid for and did not receive.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the man I spoke with was utterly condescending to both me and my husband, we pre-ordered and prepaid for a taxis Monday 25th August to pick us up at 2nd September, with it being an early hours flight and flying for 5 hours we wanted reassurance of having a taxis waiting, even more so being delayed an hour on top of the long flight. The man customer service agent was very dismissive, he told me I ordered two cars which I hadn’t, I always order and XL cab when travelling, he stated that a driver wasn’t found at 0403 when I rang him he said he’d find a driver, but my kids being autistic couldn’t stand in the freezing cold, tired and just wanting to go home not knowing how long it would be, so I cancelled the booking when I seen I could get an uber in seconds. At 0419 I receive a message to say that the car was on the way, he said it was always there and we couldn’t get a refund. How disgusting when all you want is to get your family home after a long day travelling. Genuinely so disgusted and angry to be paying for a taxis and not even having an answer on a driver getting to you. Genuinely hope we receive a refund.

Booked a taxi home from a wedding near skipton. I was told I’d have to prepay which is is fine but they kept saying they’d send a link but didn’t and had to chase 3 times. The car was booked for half past midnight and it came 45 minutes late. When I called to enquire where the car was I was told my car wouldn’t be on time because of Leeds fest. Not sure why when I’d pre booked and paid for my taxi. The driver was also speeding the whole way home. Will avoid these in the future!

Made a booking to take us to and from the airport. Couldn't fault the first journey but the second journey was a nightmare. Booked for 4:30pm and taxi turned up at 5:30pm. The office told me at 4:45 that the taxi would be 20 mins. Booked a minibus as we had 4 large suitcases. Wouldn't send us 2 taxis instead. Would NOT recommend or use again!

Car didn’t turn up. Yes it was snow day Friday 10/3 but a call or text would have helped. Other app more useful and prepared to drive us to airport. And getting a refund was less than straightforward. Poor customer service.

If using at Leeds Bradford please note even if you have prepaid you have to go book your cab at the desk once you land. We were given an estimate of 20 minutes wait time when it was actually 60. Would have preferred better management of expectations and I was surprised they had no vehicles waiting on a Monday afternoon when multiple flights were landing.

Car broke down carverly lane needed oil. On call soon as i give the location and the esso location just few min up the road was instantly told they had no cars in the area. Make point that she didnt tell me this when i givve her my location for pick up. But only after the location short trip to esso and back. Told me call back in 15mins, i said can i book in advance to be told no call back in 15mins. Customer service of this lady with indian accent is really poor would not reccomend calling if broke down n need oil for car short trip. Kindly kirk

Edit. Took nearly 3 weeks, but my refund has just come through. Submitting the form to request a refund wasn’t the easiest. Requires a log in via a contact us page, but worth persevering. I had booked a taxi for an airport transfer for October. Plans have changed and I needed to cancel. First of all finding how to request a refund is hidden. It requires you to create an account in a help centre hidden within contact us. I requested my refund 5 days ago. So will update my star rating when / if I get a refund. Reading lots of reviews on this company it seems unlikely as people seem to have had their ‘we’re on it’ automated response. But not had a refund. I hope to be pleasantly surprised!

Book a taxi from the airport with another firm and they pass the job to these clowns. Get the rudest driver on the planet, refuses to open windows as the van stinks, tell him I’m choking and he turns around and refuses to drive my family. If you want smelly, smokey, over-priced and rude drivers, you’rek in the right place. Lovely. Avoid at all cost.
