Booked cab on a rain Saturday afternoon. Polite phone manner on phone. Cab turned up on exact time booked. Again very polite friendly engaging driver (No 444) Cab very clean. My new goto Taxi Firm .
Car 72, Mohamed, the best taxi driver i have had in ages, I had just finished a movie and booked a taxi off Veezu, the VEEZU taxi guy did not go to my location and swore at me. So i booked another cab and got assigned Mohamed, he was communicative, on time, came to my location, very kind, open to talk with and a brilliant taxi driver, I got very lucky after an appauling experience with a different company, I recommend Mohamed to the utmost and give him my utter thanks and praise. Amazing.
Used twice to and from train station, lovely drivers. Booked for early start, driver on time and came a long way from Leeds for pick up. Would've been 5 stars but online booking didnt work!
Would not recommend, very rude drivers who make their own prices up. Worst taxi base I've ever used will not be using again.
Avoid at all costs. Booked 2 hrs ahead as came to Leeds for work. Then called them 7 times. Everytime they told me it was 5 minutes away. It never arrived and I had to reboot with Amber who sent a car in 3 minutes. I ended up being 1 he late. The ironic thing is I had travelled up the night before to endure I was on time. They ensured I wasn't. Shocking service and only giving 1 because I can't give a 0. Avoid if you are planning to get anywhere.
We used these taxis quite often on our stay in Leeds during the day and in town. But twice now we have tried to get a taxi back from white rose shopping centre and to be rudely told there are no cabs in the area. Will be an hour maybe more. He said he is the controller and that's the time, he said why don't you use another firm. I said I don't no any I'm not from here He said google it. Disgusting vile man with a stinking attitude leaving us stuck. Will never use this firm again andbwill advise others as well. Avoid and use some other nice company
Booked a taxi 12 hours in advance and it was still late now I'm late for work. call centre people no clue what's going on and keep saying couple of minutes when the car is 10 minutes away Will not be using this company again.
