   Terrible customer service and please be aware of conditions of an item before purchase. Stated in great condition with no problems on the pictures and arrived in completely different conditions with scuffs. Email send and no response received. Please be aware of this before purchasing - if you have issues after no support will be provided!

   I used Quickli to sell my furniture before moving house. There were lots of delays and Jon was very patient and supportive. The guys who came to disassemble and remove the furniture were professional and did a great job. I have knocked off one star as all interactions were done over text and sometimes it would have been quicker and easier to talk to someone.

   I got a mattrress from them recently and as mentioned in the discription very good condition unfortunately that was not true..the springs were broken inside at one side and it dips inside from that side.. The reason i couldnt contact becoz we were out of town, only when we came back and got a bed then we were able to use the mattress and it was already beyound the return date so there was no point of contacting..now we have thrown it outside becoz it was not even possible to sold it again..£80 wasted.

   My experience was excellent, from A to Z. I've contacted them via Whatsapp, got a quote in the next hour, booked in for a convenient pick up day. They are really quick to respond and fix any issue that might occur. I got the payment as soon as the team confirmed the furniture was there and in condition. The pick up team was on time, two very nice and polite gentlemen, who did a great job real fast. I'm absolutely thrilled with the fantastic service provided, highly recommend and will be using in the future. Thank you guys for such a great job!

   Excellent experience, highly recommend with nothing to fault. Quick and easy communication, a collection day was arranged quickly and a 1.5 hour collection window given on the day of collection. They took care of dismantling larger pieces of furniture and took everything away smoothly. I will happily use again!

   I Used Quickli recently, it was so smooth and I chose them because they offered me a really good price for my wardrobe. They came to collect and then dismantled it too which was fantastic seeing as it was very heavy and very big. I wouldn't know how to deliver it to someone buying if it was just me. They were very kind and quick too hence their name I suppose. Would definitely use their service again! :)
