Payed for lady and boy picture. haven’t received it yet by delivery today very disappointing. They had one price then keep changing prices. Not happy.
It was to much much hassle buying sofa bed from Billboard Furniture. Paid £1400 for sofa bed. They delivered damaged sofa, I told delivery man, this sofa is damaged. He told me ,he talk with manager and he will order new wood panel and it will take 4 to 6 weeks. We wait 5 month nothing came. I called Peckham branch shop manger Sagar. He told me he can’t find any information about me that I reported damage sofa so I said to him speak to delivery men.I was so disappointed. He asked me again to send photos of damage sofa by what’s up, so I send pictures to what’s up number and waited 1 week. 1 weeks later I called again asking him and asked him,did you find pictures, he replied to me ,saying he don’t see my messages only warhorse people will see I said okey no problem. So next ,he advised me he ordered new panel from warhorse and it will Take 4 weeks to arrive. Waited over 6 weeks and they delivered wrong panel. What a joke. So they ordered again right panel and fitted. Even fitting wasn’t good as original. I asked him refund or replace new sofa but he never call or respond me anything. This people are very bad. The shop manager said he don’t see my messages but later he replied from same what’s up number. What a liar king . Is not only that even when I called he don’t answer my calls,when he sees my phone number. THEY Never apology or say sorry. Finally I would like to say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From Billboard Furniture. After they sale something, they are king. Customers are very worst. Biggest rubbish company in the uk. I am so disappointed and upset. It toke over 7 month to sort out.
What an atrocity. Non communicative- messy/dirty delivery/handy team - inconsiderate. I will start by saying that I received my order and it was put together as promised. I purchased in full large wardrobe, bed, bunk bed. Once I happily settled on the items I wanted to purchase, the store manager assured me that I would receive the order within 10 days. After 10 days I did not hear anything and went to the store for an update. I was told by a female member of staff that it would definitely not have taken 10 days because the bed had to be built. They failed to mention this during the sale process. Note that I paid in FULL. She promised that I would receive a call a week later about delivery. I had already lost confidence in their promises and did not wait a week. I called and chased up half way through the week and as suspected, the order was not going to come in a week. It had now been over 3 weeks as opposed to the 10 days promised. This time, the female staff member said the delivery would either be completed on a Wednesday or Friday but that it would come no later than the following week (Wednesday) which now made it 4 weeks. The worst part of this whole process was the delivery and the assembly team. The delivery men were careless and stepped in Dog mess and inevitably left the prints on my floor. When told, they denied even though they knew the stain were not there prior to them coming. The assembly team were asked to wear shoe covers (I provided!) and they initially refused citing safety concerns. They eventually agreed although they made remarks in their language under their breath. One of the men decided to plant himself in a room and have his lunch on the floor. The issue is that he left some food that stain the new carpet! I’ll add that practically the whole team used the toilet a number of times and didn’t clean up after themselves! It was like working with children. Once they were done, they left a great mess and hastily left. In their rush to leave, one forgot his phone charger and started calling me and asking if he could collect it. I didn’t want them in my house again and so I went to a nearby store to hand it to him. On getting back home, I realised that both men had littered the shoe covers on the floor in front of my house. What a nightmare - THESE MEN CAN NEVER STEP FOOT IN MY HOUSE AGAIN! AVOID!
Bought two wardrobes Lewisham branch manager and staff very friendly and helpful.Oak finish units very spacious with swish sliding doors real nice quality,only thing a lot of packaging to dispose of ,would be good if business offered a recycling service for this to ensure proper recycle in these times.
Really sturdy chairs! Great quality frame and material for the seat! Firm but comfortable to sit on! Highly recommend

Just received my marble table and 4 velvet plush chairs. Really impressed with the item. Looks a lot more expensive than what i paid, saw the same set for more than double the price with a few retailers so glad i purchased from here. quick delivery and delivery drivers were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend
I am so disgusting and I would like to worn other pepole do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BILDBORD FURNITURE. I have a bort a dubble bed from the shop in Dalston shopping centre. They are the biggest lies and the most nun trusted people. They promise they will fix anything that brakes and all those promise and never keep to it. They book a day for somone to come to fix or see the problem and say its a whole day appointment I'm waiting all day no one comes. They have nothing to say no sorry nothing. I feel like the furniture is weaker then the other company I have the same bed as my sons just different sizes bort 3 years before from a different store . If your looking for a good trusted company to get your furniture this is NOT it. Run as far as possible.
