   Worst ever dont order anything from them been waiting on a single thing for days and still haven't got that they keep telling me tomorrow tomorrow saying they dont have staff then close the shop and sit at home. be a man of ur word this is not how its done or else dont make fake promises 0 bro 0 business -0 hang this in ur office as a reminder that u cant do nothing

   Faulty washing machine was replaced and after that I noticed that lots of water under the sink cabinet so I called the company and driver/ delivery guy called me back saying that water leaked out when he was replacing the pipe for the new washing machine, He didn’t wiped the water off or even didn’t mention to me so I could have cleaned it ! Lots of my stuff got damaged and luckily water didn’t get in to electrical under sink hot water heater. Bad and very unprofessional service from delivery person.

   My landlord bought us a new mattress, but flexo tried to trick us delivering an old/ used one. When called flexo explaining that much probably "by mistake" the delivery guys gave me an old mattress, the manager (delivery guys called him boss) told me the mattress was new. I sent him the pictures I am attaching here, but he kept saying the mattress is new, when it not only shows worn-out signs (yellowish stains, holes, etc) but also smells horribly. I wouldn't recommend flexo. Run way from these guys! They are absolutely dishonest! Giving 1 star just because I need to rate before comment.

   Had a really good experience with them. They came on the day I requested with two guys who were super efficient. I also requested the removal of my old sofa. It was too big to get through my door, at one point the guys said they might have to leave it which made me very nervous (I don't have the space to have two sofas). However, they actually went the extra mile and partially disassembled the sofa and took it away smoothly. Happy client, would use again.

   Absolutely appalled by their service. They agreed to fix my very broken bed that was under warranty. However, this was 6 weeks ago! I have tried to contact them several times to arrange a time for them to come and fix the bed (as I was told to do), but no response! They have dragged it out so long the bed is no longer under warranty.

   Where I work we use Flexo frequently and have never in my experience had any issue. They’re always super polite, helpful and professional. Even when I have had to cancel orders after an attempted delivery they handled it with complete professionalism and understanding. The furniture is priced excellently and I have no trouble giving five stars!
