   I asked an assistant inshore for some help. He was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable with top interpersonal skills. I believe his name was Prosper. The website customer services was awful. Thank goodness for human beings!

   Store run by local kids, so not professionally run. Miss collect deadlines, not ready to help you, just hang around in groups chatting. But the cafe staff seem better and have been pleasant each time I’ve been in.

   Great Dunelm with friendly staff. The made to measure staff were great and gave good advice and suggestions. Made me aware of a few things to think of. They had a great selection of items and seem to be well stocked here. The cafe was great as well and enjoyed a lovely sandwich and a pumpkin latte which were both delicious and tasty. Great place for those essentials.

   Fairly quiet. Very cluttered feel, especially on the ground floor. Cafe looks like good value. Managed to find what I needed plus a couple of bits that I noticed in passing. Easy car parking.

   A lot of the items dont have prices and it seems to be a lot of the higher priced items in a section! Sneaky. Knife sharpeners were all priced up but the one I wanted had no price and turned put to be over £20 when I got to the till. The staff member just raised their eyebrows and seemed to agree with me when I expressed my concern about misprinted items. Don't seem to have a lot of atocked items, a lot of the rugs weren't in stock and for the roller blinds only had 2 of each where I needed 3 the same, only had one option in the end. Staff mostly helpful.

   It was my first time to this branch and to Dunelm. Got to say I was impressed with the store. Plenty of items to browse and buy. Lots of stuff in stock. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of free car parking as well. Very busy store. Need more tills would be my recommendation. Staff all professional and nice. Will be coming back here again that is for sure. It's situation near public transport as well so that's another plus.

   Click and collect service is inflexible. I ordered an item the night before and the email highlighting twice the item would be available after 3 hours. The next day I went to the store and it’s not ready. They said that I needed to wait for a second email. In fact the first email did mention it when I saw it again but I got confused by what they highlighted in the email and at the checkout page “items available after 3 hours”. However, the staff in the store/warehouse were being so inflexible and worked like a robot that they refused to prioritise the order given the fact the customer was already in the store. Other people were probably just sitting at home and I don’t understand why the staff can’t prioritise and be more personal and they have to strictly change procedures in the system. This is not a service provided by human beings. They only follow procedures but never change when a different situation comes up. If it’s a small store. There might be a bit more personalised experience.
