Wheelchair taxi bloke was absolutely spot on - we’ve had so many issues with other taxi companies sending drivers not qualified/not knowing how to safely secure my grandmother in her wheelchair, we tried Bridge Taxis for a Christmas outing and were so pleased and relieved. Will definitely be using them again, please send our thanks to your WAV driver!

My husband booked a taxi in advance from the station. They were almost an hour late with no explanation. When he rang to check their whereabouts they hadn’t even left to collect him at the time the taxi was supposed to be arriving! Exceptionally poor service. Avoid.
I had induction training in Wakefield mon to Fri I was picked up 8.45 every morning and drove to my training and picked up at 4pm if I finished early omar was informed and was there to pick me up. Can't fault the service polite respectable. Always taking time in making sure there passengers are looked after. Would highly 100 percent recommend omar or this taxi business 10 out of 10.

Ordered a taxi for 12:30 after a birthday celebration, it came but we gave it to someone else with a young child. We then ordered another, which arrived 5 minutes later. No hassle, great service.

The guy who answers at nights is really rude the most unfriendly company ever hardly worth even list a company might as well be some cowboy joey thing do not use this company out right terrible start listing on Facebook market place you total joeys
wont give them 1 star at all rang as i asked for a taxi so i could get child from school and said could he wait as was just running in and he said he couldn't as he has bookings and would i be done explained that child is in nursery and at an after school club and they have done it before on a number occasions he was rude and was shouting at me i ended the call wouldnt recommend these for anything i will be reporting to council
