    Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs I cancelled my policy with this insurance company from 1st May 2025 and have been chasing a refund ever since. Despite multiple emails where I have repeatedly provided my account details, the refund is still nowhere to be seen. I also reached out directly to Leighton, who completely ignored my message. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. This has been a waste of time, energy, and trust. The service is unprofessional and feels borderline dishonest. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to paying it back—its terrible. Stay far away. There are plenty of better, more reliable companies out there.
