   I very rarely leave a review but in this instance need to say how this family run business go above and beyond to ensure their customers receive the best product for their needs. In our case we visited the shop 4 times and had a home demonstration to ensure the riser/recliner chair we were purchasing was the correct fit for my mum. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. They were very knowledgeable and patient answering our questions. They delivered the chair, set it up, and also took the old one away. This is the place I would go to first when looking to buy any furniture or beds in the future.

   What a wonderful shop. I took my 90 year old parents in to choose 2 recliner chairs after trying DFS and all the other major brands. They couldn’t have been more helpful even though the shop was having a renovation. After trying all the chairs we ordered 2 but needed a quick delivery. Ali was on the case with the supplier every day and kept me informed throughout. The chairs were delivered yesterday and they are perfect. Could not recommend this shop highly enough. It’s the personal care and little touches that make the difference. Thank you guys.

   Martin was extremely helpful and informative when we went to choose a riser/recliner chair for Mum. Great service and excellent communication. There were delays (our end) for the delivery of the chair and Martin was very understanding and flexible, which was much appreciated, especially with our circumstances. Friendly and polite staff and a great local business to support. Thoroughly recommend!

   My wife is house bound and needs help to stand or sit. We decided that a rise and recliner chair would best suit he needs. A search of the internet convinced us that buying locally was the way to go. A local search revealed that Suite Deals sold them and so I paid them a visit. I was met by Martin who showed and demonstrated to me their range of chairs, including their best seller which I initially rejected based on its colour. I selected a chair but at the last minute decide to try the best seller. This was much more comfortable and available. Martin told me that if I ordered it before 16:00 hours he could do same day delivery. Having consulted with my wife I called Martin to confirm the order and make payment. Martin delivered it, put it together and demonstrated it. At no time was I put under any pressure to buy from Suite Deals, and the service provided by Martin was excellent. I thoroughly recommend Suite Deals.

   We decided to future proof our 3 piece suite. We went to Suite Deal. Martin, was most helpful in assisting us to select the right suite with 2 riser/recliners and a standard 2 seat sofa. Martin delivered it yesterday and explained the hand set workings with a demonstration. absolutely perfect in every possible way from purchase to delivery. The price was right too.
