   This review is based on being a buyer, but would want to advise potential vendors as our proof of funds weren't checked once an offer had been accepted, luckily we had all funds in place with a mortgage adviser beforehand. We didn't hear from the estate agents some time before completion due to some issues with the lease that they didn't advise us of prior to making an offer. Again there was issues with agreeing a completion date as it was a long chain, however we were advised by Holly at Entwistle Green that we were holding the chain up and everyone was waiting for us, for us to rush our solicitor to find out their vendors and the upper chain weren't even in a position to agree dates! When I went to collect the keys on completion date there wasn't even a congratulations neither an ID check to make sure I was the correct buyer for the house, just a bye when leaving.

   Thanks to Holly Newman from Entwistle Green for helping of the house deal. Fast response and patient to help for all of our enquiry. In completion day, opposing solicitor disappeared and we were possibly cannot completion on the day they proposed. She and my solicitor have chased opposing solicitor continuously and we had to wait the whole day. If the solicitor kept no show, we had to return the mortgage to lender and reschedule the completion. Forunately, we completed it on the day they proposed. Big thanks to Holly and my solicitor. We really appreciated their effort

   Entwistle Green in Westhoughton responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, also the amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make any decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking. They would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. We felt like we were working with our best friends rather than a real estate agents. I HIGHLY recommend. All agents was great.    Simply excellent! From start to completion, Entwistle Green provided a 5-star service. The whole selling process was an absolute nightmare due to conveyancing solicitors who really don't want to do a proper job, nor do they care. Thankfully Branch Manager Claire, Alison and the rest of the team at Entwistle Green were there to support me through it all, keep my sanity and get the job done! I really did appreciate the fact I could always reach them (not constant voicemails), they were always in good spirits and a friendly ear to listen to me moan on...and on about my solicitor. :) Thanks for everything and treating me like a human being rather than a transaction waiting to be completed. If you're looking to sell your home, I highly recommend giving Entwistle Green a go, you won't be disappointed!

   Claire and the team are amazing! We bought through them. The buying/selling process can be stressful and there are many steps along the way. But Claire and the team were focussed, professional and concentrating on making sure everything was always moving forwards. They handled bumps in the purchase so calmly, understanding all the details and made sure there was regular communication. In my eyes they went above and beyond what was expected. And they had the sellers best interests at heart the whole time and represented the seller perfectly.
