   We had the absolute pleasure of having Harper Williams as our estate agent for buying our new home! Bradley and Leanne were there for us from start to finish of buying our new home. They are both wonderfully welcoming and no question is too small. They really put a personal touch in making you feel like the top of their priority! We hope to never move again because we love our new home so much! But if we ever do, we would be sure to check out their listings first just to have a wonderful buying and selling experience again! Our moving day was made even more special as they so kindly gifted us a bottle of wine and card from the team!    Initially I was really impressed with this Estate Agent-had a prompt follow up regarding coming to carry out a valuation on my property. On leaving, Bradley said he’d send a report to me by email either that night or the next day. Haven’t heard anything since, almost a week later, nor had a reply to my email asking if the report had been written. Such a shame.

   5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I can’t recommend Harper Williams highly enough! From the very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting the best result for us. Selling a property can be the most stressful experience, but they made the entire process smooth and straightforward despite being in a complicated chain. Their communication was exemplary, I was kept in the loop at every stage and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Something which I truly believe Harper Williams excelled in was their marketing strategy. The attention to detail on the photos and videography attracted a lot of interest right away.    We had a very good experience dealing with Harper Williams...Tommy was very friendly, informative, polite and patient. He ensured things ran smoothly through the whole process and we were kept in the loop at all times. The lady selling the house needed some help with some of the forms and information she needed to supply, which could have slowed down the process significantly, but Harper Williams provided her with the help she needed and it kept the process on track.
