   Wow – what an amazing estate agent! Simon and Naomi went above and beyond to help me at a really difficult time while I was going through a divorce and had nowhere to go. They even rearranged viewings to make sure I had a fair chance, and within just three days I had a great option lined up with my landlord. They’ve always been so supportive and quick to help with any issues, and I can honestly say I felt looked after every step of the way. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care they’ve shown. Highly recommend!

   Disgusting letting agency. Misled me to believe that the landlords wanted to inspect the property however it was only Simon and he did all he could to take the full deposit. Heard from other people that they didn’t get their deposits back either so be warned. Also won’t give me my landlords details when I asked which is required by law.

   i got to let a place through them. really easy to talk to. paperworks are all through online and easy to comply. lovely staff. Update below. They are just a letting agency and are not responsible for anything else. The house that i rented from them had loads of problem and they said they can't do anything about it except the landlord. Heating problem during winter time, got fixed 4 months after. To think I had kids complaining about the cold. On top of that mold started to grow in some rooms. I just thought they'd do some checking and make it up to standards.

Communication is excellent but more than anything else, I completely trust this company to act in my best interest. I have used Howell & Co for rental and sales services for a number of years and never been disappointed. Can not recommend their services highly enough.
