   If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. As a letting agent, their service is atrocious, poor at best but bordering negligent. Almost zero communications, when they do it’s misinformation/lies. They’re happy to take money off you to manage a property but they do nothing. Avoid like the plague

   I am writing this review as a neighbour of one of their tenants. For 23 months (yes nearly 2 years) I have had leaks from the flat above mine. For long periods during that time either no one answered the phone at Fastmove Warrington office or I was told their plumbers had been out and couldn't find a leak. This led to black mould over a good proportion of my ceiling. Eventually I got the property management company involved and was sent photos showing extensive black mould under a toilet cistern. Which begs the question of why their plumbers cannot find a leak. This week I have got got two new instances of dripping, one from a previous spot and one through a light fitting which means I can't use that room as it has no windows. They do answer the phone nowadays but you can't speak to a manager or director and they don't ring you back

   I would like to change my 4 star review to a 1 star my boiler in my rented property has not worked now for over a month!! It is freezing in the house. I'm really not happy about this and everytime I contact Fastmove properties I feel like I'm not taken seriously and promised over and over again that they are going to sort it out. My dad has even been reassured that they are going to sort this out. Avoid this agency at all costs. I'm going to keep trying to ask for help and if this continues and the boiler is still not fixed I will be looking to put in a formal complaint

   Recently moved into a lovely cottage style property just off Sandy Lane. Kim Was very helpful and supported me with the move. The property is in a nice quiet area but still near main amenities. I would recommend this estate agents. They met me in a timely manner to view the property and answered all of my questions.

   Just wanted to say how impressed we are with the new manager at Warrington Kim. In the past we have been left for long periods of time waiting for things to be sorted out. Kim has introduced herself and has rectified the issues we have had very quickly. The contractors used are very friendly and professional. I feel a lot happier and more confident that we are supported with any issues we have . Very professional but friendly!

   Worst letting agency for me so far. Employees are unreliable, do not call back. I would also like to note that the Sheena C. is the mother of landlord James C. Of course, she does not inform any potential tenants of this. I found out about it only after 1.5 years of renting, when there were problems with, for example, carrying out repairs. Long time to talk about it... The choice of letting agencies is very wide on the market, so contact anyone ... steer clear of them unless you have enough nervous to waste them. Such agencies should not exist in the market.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. For anyone that lives in the Warrington/Latchford area and considering renting. Please stay clear of FastMove Properties Ltd. I cannot even begin to go into the details of what we experienced with them over the last 8 months. We were left to live in unsafe conditions, with leaks, black mould and broken heating. The landlord did not care and neither did the estate agents, we were ignored for months through emails and phone calls. I have attached photos of how bad the mould had gotten when we were finally able to move out of the house on Knutsford Road. This is a warning to anyone, do not involve yourself with them. They don't care about their tenants, the landlord only cares about the money in his pocket and will do nothing to help or repair anything. They need to be shut down immediately.

   This is the worst letting agency ever, they have been holding my deposit since Sept 2022, wen i moved out of their property and I have still not gotten it till now, the staff are very clueless about how to get my money back and very very RUDE. I f you wanna get a property, and its been handled by this agency, just run. If I could rate them a minus, I would gladly do that.

   Landlords, I would strongly advise against listing your property with this agent. We have been trying to rent a property local to ours for my mother in law and the perfect location came up, unfortunately it is through this agent though. Trying to contact them is a nightmare, rarely is the phone answered, so you have to leave a voicemail. Nobody calls back when you do. I did get through on one occasion but the person I spoke to said they knew nothing about the property and that the person that did was out on a viewing and they would get them to call me. Nobody called back. We also tried contact by email but, surprise surprise, got no response. When I then ring back after several days, eventually getting through, to complain about the service, I am told they don't like my tone and I am harassing them and they put the phone down! Brush up on your customer services and do your job! You've lost your client a tenant that was happy to pay over the asking rate to secure the tenancy!
