   Coulby Conduct acted as letting agents for our property for several years and then acted as sales agent when we decided to sell. Always very friendly and approachable yet professional. Following several burst water pipes in the roof space prior to completion of the sale of our property the help and guidance from Neil was fantastic which meant the completion of the sale was only delayed by a couple of weeks.
