   I contacted Whitegates to instruct them for the sale of my property , as they are local Estate Agents . From the beginning a Lovely genuine guy called James who had a lovely aura , came out to do the valuation , very easy to speak to and very knowledgable young man . I had a few previous valuations off other Estate Agents locally but i decided to go with whitegates mainly because of James being so nice and friendly . I have phoned the office on numerous occasions and have spoke mainly with Jude . He is so nice and proffessional and knowledgable , plus he all ways explains the current process in detail to me and the next part of the sale as its progressing . You are Definately 2 great assets to Whitegates , James and Jude Thank you so far for all your help and guidance . Jude even recommended a Conveyancing Solictor to me after i had asked him . Whitegates also have an app which you can follow along on and input documents etc . So far the process has been stress free , some Estate Agents get bad feedback , but i recommend Whitegates highly .
