I wanted to write to thank Yvonne, especially from the rental department, who was very helpful to us. After we had lived in the house for six months, the landlord decided to sell it, but because I have a small child, they waited for us for four or five months and were very helpful. They don't have any ridiculous procedures like other agencies, and they always try to help. I recommend them to everyone.

We got moved out of our property due to lanlord selling which was fine but we didn't want people viewing the property while we was moving and getting stuffed together this letting agent got really arsy about this and tried to sabotage us moving saying we had missed payments when we provided proof that we hadn't... Absolutely disgusting n behaviour.. You could tell they was just trying to sabotage us moving just because we wasn't willing to let people view the property
I seriously can't thank New Way Homes enough.. They are all brilliant, especially Claire! She's been fantastic throughout a very stressful move. New Way homes sold our house before it was even put on the market. I would highly recommend them, they always answer the phones and if one is unavailable they always call back.
