   A fantastic, friendly experience from start to finish. We first viewed the house we were interested in when ours wasn’t even on the market. Within a couple of days Andrew came round to value & take photos & our house was then listed that same day! Communication throughout was 10/10. Couldn’t fault Williams & All the staff for both a sale & purchase. Fully recommend!

   Because of the market conditions it took a long time to sell my house, with a number of near misses. The owner Andrew and the staff, Karen, Beth, Zoe, Hannah, were always polite and helpful. If I can make a suggestion for improvement, from my point of view, I would have preferred to be dealing with one or two people so that I could feel a continuity of contact. Overall I was very happy with this independent and local estate agent with a good knowledge of their catchment area.

   I used Williams Estates to sell a property recently and the service was exceptional. Andrew, the owner, is very experienced in his field and this particular market and gave me sound advice from the off set. Once the sale was agreed, Gemma was thorough, professional and helpful right through to completion. The sale was difficult but with good comms and a willingness to see things through, we got there in the end. Karen and Zoe were also very helpful I would definitely recommend

   I had the pleasure of renting through Williams Estates in Hartford for over five years, and I can genuinely say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Throughout my tenancy, the team—especially Hannah and Zoe—were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. They were always on hand for a friendly chat or quick assistance, and no issue was ever too small. Any repairs or maintenance concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently, which made such a difference in feeling truly looked after as a tenant. In an industry where communication and trust can sometimes be lacking, Williams Estates set the standard. Their consistency, care, and professionalism created a real sense of peace and security for me over the years.    Depends which side of the post you are on with these. We complained about one of their tenants who is constantly banging, letting her dog mess all over our garden, parking right up against our car door, and keep walking across our garden and pointlessly stood outside our house being a nuisance. They wouldn't take our word for it so they asked for proof, we sent them proof (videos/pictures etc) and they did nothing apart from make the whole situation worse. They took their tenants word over ours regardless that we had CCTV and proved otherwise, the tenant is mentally ill and we have requested help from everybody we have spoke to to help her, nobody is interested the estate agents did nothing but waste our time and lead us on, this is now worse than ever. So I suppose if you're going to cause trouble as a tenant, maybe choose these as they will turn a blind eye, but if you want a respectable estate agents maybe look elsewhere as these are nor use nor ornament.

   Can't recommend them enough - out of all the letting properties I applied for they were by far the fastest to and most pleasant to get a response. It was my first time attempting and applying to move out for the first time, all the correspondence, viewings, applications, deposits, move-in dates, and general inquiries that followed were all handled within a week - which is absolutely crazy to me as a first-timer. I was very nervous to start this process but they handle everything excellently. I would like to give a personal thank you to Zoe and Hannah, they both were absolutely amazing and very patient and swift with handling me as a client xoxo

   Great estate agents. Zoe and Karen were extremely helpful in helping me to find a first property. Once I found a place it was explained to me what would happen and what what needed from me as a FTB. Very reassuring and prevented an already stressful situation from being more stressful than it needed to be. I can't speak for sellers but I imagine they receive the same friendly, professional and responsive attitudes from all at WE as I did. COVID rules were also adhered to when I picked up my keys. :)
