Needed to replace the base of our bed in a hurry as it had collapsed. Called on Friday, they had one in stock and it was delivered Saturday morning - no fuss, no bother, just great service. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and polite. Would definitely use Adams again.
I’ve just received my super king bed and I am absolutely delighted with it. The customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. I had no idea what I really wanted or needed when I turned up at the shop but the guys were so patient and went through all the options and prices, giving both higher priced branded options and equally great quality with cheaper brand options. What I love about this family run business is that the guys I made the decisions with at the shop were the same guys that delivered my bed. This was a much more personable experience, with laughs and giggles along the way. I would definitely recommend! Thank you guys.
Ordered a bed yesterday, was delivered today and put together by 2 lovely men.Wouldn't go anywhere else.The choices are amazing and the price is so affordable .They are based in hatch Lane Chingford .
I recently went into the store to order a bed frame and the experience I had was great! Lovely staff who were really helpful and friendly, and I was so over the moon when they said they could deliver within 4 days! Most other local places couldn’t deliver that quickly and if they can, charge the world for it! Delivery and installation is all part of the service with Adams & Sons and they do it all with a smile. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service and fantastic bed! Cannot fault the company or the quality of the bed, all of my questions were answered and the bed was as promised. We had originally gone to a major company that does beds and the cost was astronomical as well as them asking me to compromise on my needs, but Adams & Sons, delivered on everything and arranged delivery of the bed within the week. Will forgo the major companies anytime for this gem of a company any day!
