Shocking service, always late, never on time, if they say 10 mins add another 10. I like to support local business’s, however uber are much more reliable than this taxi company
the worst taxi compay ever. used to use them ALOT. tipped every time. left my phone in the car and its been nearly 2 hours waiting onthem to return it. absolute shambles.

Drivers and office staff all amazing. No issues with transporting my wheelchair at all, even went above and beyond carrying it up the venue stairs for me at my destination and then dropped me right back to my campervan on site in the evening. The office called to check I hadn't forgotten to book a return trip on my second day top, so they are obviously looking ahead and staying organised. All really friendly. Definitely recommend.
These guys were great. Good comms along the way. Arrived on time very friendly and entertaining during the ride. Fair price as well. Definitely will use again.
Cannot fault this taxi company. Booked for NYE well in advance. Price for Holmfirth to Penistone was very reasonable. Turned up in time at 12.30. Asked which entrance of the Picturedome we were exiting and was then outside waiting. Nice taxi driver. Would definitely book again.
I rang to make some general enquiries to help with transport over a period of a few months due to ill health and the guy I spoke to was exceptionally helpful, outlining a range of options for me, making what would have been a stressful time a lot less stressful and giving me peace of mind that my transport issues could easily be resolved. Thank you - will definitely be using this service!
Booked in advance and agreed a price. On the day of our trip hi the price was increased by 30% by a different manager on duty to the one we booked with. Spoke to us very aggressively. This has happened twice now with this company and I’d rather pull my own toe nails out than use them again. Unprofessional rabble. Will use other, more polite companies from now on. Of which there are many.
DO NOT use! Especially females! Despite prebooking and pre paying an agreed pickup and double drop off from Leeds ( £45 ) the driver ( who was late ) forced my wife ( when she was alone ) to pay an extra £10 before letting her out of the car. He was aggressive and laughing and made her feel VERY uncomfortable. I called the company next day and they just said..."sorry " but wouldn't give the money back A dishonest Taxi company who should be ashamed of themselves ( looks like others agree on here too ). DO NOT use this company .
