Got a large 10 seater set at the start of the summer and are very pleased and the service is great and it looks amazing! Have been in to ask a couple of questions since and they are so helpful and friendly, also one of the lazy susan’s wasn’t sitting right and they got a new one to swop it out with no issues
Very disappointed with the director's decision not to replace the sunshade parasol which had broken the second time we used it on a not windy day. we had spent close to 10K within a year and the directors wanted to charge us £250 for a replacement parasol frame. apparently, we had broken our T&C's by using the parasol in the wind (which we didn't). Our family & friends will be going elsewhere from now. I don't normally complain about things but I had to write this review.
Upsetting. I had a good experience here only to come home after delivery and find the same set available from other retailers for £300 less. Was looking to buy a 2nd set for my brother but heading to Harlow in Essex for more transparent and fair pricing. Do your research.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We are looking for new garden furniture and were really impressed with both the prices and the service. Dave took time to understand our requirements and what we would be using each area of our garden for he recomemended 3 sets for the areas we are using and came up with multiple solutions for us.

Fab place to buy garden furniture, great selection and prices are very good. I bought a three piece garden set and then changed my mind the next day, went back and bought something else. Dave you've the patience of a saint and your staff are brilliant. Have recommended you to all my friends, From the Lady who changed her mind.
Purchased a dinning room table with 6 chairs.... Very disappointed as the chairs fallen apart less then a year old. Table top has peeled beyond repair .... Even with using table mats. When contacted to get two of the chairs fixed they were very Unhelpful the reply was that they had never had problems with their furniture before. (8weeks after purchase) after fixing two of the chairs it took them 8weeks to return them. In the meantime the other 4 are broken. Poor quality... Do not buy.
