We had a new extension - Will designed an amazing kitchen for us - his vision and creativity is so good - he created a beautiful kitchen for us which delivered exactly what we wanted - modern, practical, lots of storage and something with a wow factor. Will worked really well with our builders which is so important on any major renovation - very professional and on top of every detail. Wills team of installers are excellent - professional, friendly and when we had a couple of minor issues they came immediately and fixed them with no fuss.    From the very first consultation through to installation and beyond, we have had the best possible experience working with Schmidt Loughton. Our designer, William Crew, interpreted our wish list for a kitchen brilliantly and after a few consultations where suggestions were made, the final design was spot on. His communication throughout the process was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout. The installation team was polite, skilled and helpful. Even though we can honestly report that there have been no issues with the kitchen or installation, William continues to check back regularly to ensure everything is to our satisfaction. We absolutely love the design of our new kitchen, the quality is top notch, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Schmidt Loughton.

   Had kitchen done with Schmidt in Loughton as service is like no other. From design to build was all coordinated by Will, who was courteous, thoughtful and always took the time to explain and respond to all correspondence even after the kitchen was completed. I made last minute changes and this was never an issue. The team used for the build were great. Everything ran to time. I have a small house and a small kitchen, I didn't have to store anything here as it was coordinated and delivered for after the old kitchen was ripped out. George who was the carpenter pays attention to detail and has come by to fix little things that weren't working for me, like how a cabinet door opens/closes. The kitchen is lovely. It cost more than the other kitchens I looked at, but it was worth it for the finish, quality and absolute ease of working with Will at Schmidt and the team he's picked to do the job.

   Can't recommend Will at Schmidt highly enough. Completely transformed a dated kitchen into a modern living space keeping a cottage feel with state of the art appliances and superb finishing from his team. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so glad we chose to support a local business. As a bonus, we now have a phone book of tilers, painters, electricians, plumbers etc. who I know we can trust to do a good job.

   We're really pleased with our Schmidt kitchen. William did an incredible job on the design. His know-how was invaluable, from guiding us through the options for our budget to suggesting how to make most of the space and coming up with ideas like repurposing the offcut from the worktop as a splashback. William was always willing to come to us when we needed advice and was there every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. He gave us the best prices on appliances and his fitters were excellent too. Highly recommended.
