   Got a taxi from stacksteads to ramsbottom today which ive gotten a few times and is usually £9. Today the driver decided to charge me £20 and said thats the standard. I compared this to uber and uber was £8.80. I called to complain and he said nothing he can do. Won't be using these guys again.

   After being told to wait 5 mins for a ride that took like 3 mins the taxi didn't turn up for a further 20 mins, I was fobbed off when rang the rank, and then when he turns up I had to put a weeks worth of shopping on the back seat because his boot "wasn't open" crushing me as a pregnant woman.

   Given them enough chance to turn things around after being loyal to them. Booked 1 hour and 40 minutes earlier than I needed my taxi this morning, because they were late yesterday after prebooking 40 mins earlier, rang 10 mins before to confirm my booking again and still turned up at nearly 8:45am instead of half past, making my son late for school again. Office decided to stop answering my calls because they know they'd lied the 3 times I'd already rang asking where they were to be told "he'll be there in a second". Always the same excuse about traffic, bearing in mind I booked a full hour and 40 minutes before this taxi was needed and they made out I was the unreasonable one whilst crying with frustration when they finally showed up. Won't be using them again now. Rather pay a little extra and get an uber. Constant battle with them and obviously don't value loyalty from their customers. They've been like this for years and show no signs of changing anytime soon.

   Never ever on time. Every time you call they say they are around the corner. Then you’re still waiting 20mins. Absolutely shocking

   asked for a taxi with card reader and waited half an hour for them to send one with no card reader and went inside to get cash taxi driver drove off so got told 10-15 minute for another one rung when it had been 25 minute asking where it was got told they was waiting for one without a card reader taxi showed up in half an hour i got in asked if they had a card reader he said yes got told bacup centre he asked if i needed to get cash out or anything i said no i’m paying with card he then told me he doesn’t have one i then got out and had to walk which made me over an hour late for work and i rung back up the taxi rank to tell them this and got told i didn’t tell her i needed a card reader and i said card reader or bank transfer when im under 16 so cannot bank transfer and has no cash on me at all and they said the waiting time wasn’t there problem to which i said i get that but you sent me 2 taxis with no card reader which i specifically asked for and you confirmed i asked for when i rung back about where my taxi was and she ended the phone on me. so really unprofessional in my opinion.

   What an amazing service!! We weren't left waiting ages, the cost wasn't astronomical, the text service was bang on & would have me feeling safe if I was traveling alone- absolutely brill!
