Elton Maxi is the most reliable taxi service I've ever used. Their drivers are always on time and friendly, and their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them.
In the mornings, taxis never arrive on time/or at all & the operators in the mornings are horrendous - Usually accept a booking then ring stating there are no taxis available. Probably pay at least £400 a month with these taxis and been getting them over 5 years but no longer. That being said, if the taxi is booked after 11am when Jackie is operating the phones, they ALWAYS arrive on time - Jackie is always super polite and notifies you if there’s no taxis ahead of time instead of cancelling last minute like the other operators. Again, only issue I have is the rude operators that operate the phones before 11am - 8 times I’ve been late to work in the past week alone due to them cancelling my taxi last minute. Losing a lot of loyal customers due to this as I know a lot of customers whom have changed taxi firms regarding the above.

I have booked the ride for my son from Burnley to Acc, the driver charged him £20! Moreover they are late and don't send any messages once arrived. Absolutely not recommended.
Disgusting customer service… rang two hours before I wanted picking up as a girl on my own…. And you refused because you didn’t take me to the destination… I am a disabled person that needs assistance when going home, and you simply refused the fair!!!!! Appalling!!!!!!!
My taxi never arrived and the receptionist claimed I rang up to cancel, which I never did. There is no one who could have cancelled on my behalf. Incredibly misleading to cover for poor service
The woman who answered the phone is not good at customer service. She gets all narky and has ago at customers which isn't good for your company. I'd replace her with someone who's good at customer service and also who's polite to your customers.
