   After having two disappointing experiences putting our house on the market, Ashtons restored our faith in estate agents. Our house had been for sale for 5 months with practically no viewings. We then put it up with Ashtons, and they went above and beyond securing numerous viewings and several offers. Within 8 weeks of the house going on the market with them we moved into our new home. We can't thank Cathy, Brad and team enough. They are in a different league. Can't recommend them highly enough.

   Having dealt with a good number of estate agencies before, it was a joy to interact with the Stockton Heath office of Ashtons. All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful and Cathy the manager, went above and beyond in her role. She is attentive, professional and clearly is really good in what she does. The communication from the team was impressively prompt, I never felt unable to reach out to them or get answers to my questions, no matter whom I spoke to. Honestly, such a great experience all around! Definitely recommend!

   In the area of Stockton Heath there are many estate agents to choose from when selling a property. I cannot see any matching Ashtons. The service I received was flawless from start to finish. At valuation Cathy showed enthusiasm to sell my property and highlighted a very clear plan of how to achieve the best sales price for me. There was interest in the property within 24hrs of going live and the property was sold for the full asking price within 9 days of being listed. After acceptance of the offer Ashtons remained in constant communication liaising with me on a regular basis until the completion date. They offered great advice and their experience and knowledge was reassuring during the process. The team are friendly, professional and most importantly communicate extremely well. I can see why they are regarded as the best in the area.
