I found this agency’s handling of our tenancy application to be unprofessional and poorly managed.
After viewing a property, I was told our application would be processed the following Monday, yet I sent a follow-up email two days later on Wednesday and still didn't receive a response. I understand they may speak with multiple prospective tenants, but the way they handled sensitive documents raised serious concerns.
The Key issues encountered were:
1. No confirmation that the sensitive documents we sent were received or stored securely.
2. A request for passport copies before a viewing took place.
3. When I phoned to withdraw our application (after securing another property), the agent asked “which home?” and ended the call without taking my name or confirming that our personal data would be deleted.
4. No status update was ever given—neither acceptance nor rejection.
5. Telephone communication was curt and unhelpful when I followed up after four days without acknowledgement of receiving sensitive documents.
5. Automated emails were confusing, and direct messages were left unanswered.
My main concern is data protection.
We were asked for private identification documents at an early stage of the process before even viewing a home, received no reassurance about how they were handled, and later received only a generic message saying our account was “removed from the system.”
That does not constitute confirmation of full data deletion under GDPR.

Absolutely horrible place horrible people charging 220 pounds to clean oven fridge and washing machine when it was more dirty when I moved in
Had leak after leak they always want to argue as well very hungry for money the staff very rude as well
Shower was leaking all year they didn't fix it even though I rang loads of time for it to be sorted but kept getting pushed away
Don't use these guys I beg any one as they will make your life hell
Now they are arguing over 220 pound for cleaning and they can't break down the cost
Robbing theifs thats all I can say
