   I had a confirmed booking for 0710 to take me to the railway station for my train at 0742. At 0625, I get a text saying they don't have any drivers and have to cancel my booking. What appalling service, I won't be using them again!

   Shocking service, organised a time for taxi back to our holiday let, never turned up & waited 30mins just in case. Tried calling and promised a car in 5mins - nothing turned up - AVIOD If I could leave zero stars I would.

   Turned up 30 minutes late the car was filthy on the inside and stunk of cigarette smoke also the driver was on a video call with his wife for most of the journey and not paying attention to the road. I usually use the other firm in Hebden bridge but there would have been a 20 minute wate so I decided to use this firm instead NEVER AGAIN! I'm sticking to the firm that I usually use. Also I have noticed that the only 5 star rating on here is from Ripponden taxis who from what I can gather is the same firm by looking at the photos giving yourself a 5 start revue is a little sad !
