   Would strongly recommend Leaseholder's who would like to rent out their flats at Mann Island to not use Mann Island Premier Apartments and use other rental agencies instead. A previous tenant in my flat, burnt a hole in the bedroom carpet with an iron. When the tenant moved out, MIPAL didn't bother to check, gave the tenant all their deposit money back and said it wasn't their fault that they didn't notice the carpet burn.

   Applied for an apartment months ago, and all what i saw was a terrible irresponsible staff who didn’t seem to care for appliants, my viewing experience was beyond horrible as the guider ( letting manager ) didn’t seem to care at all about actually presenting the place for me. As they also lied about the availability of the flat they said it will be available in a certain date but when brought to conversation they kept saying things like “ the landlord is on a vacation and we’re trying to chase him “. In the end when they told me that they would contact me asap i haven’t received anything from them for months. Such shamelessness can never be fully expressed

   Awful place to live. Apartments are ridiculously overpriced and poor value for money. Covered in cracks and incredibly tatty. Paid £900 a month to arrive to an apartment completely filthy, sticky floors, strong odours, bogeys on the walk, incredibly torn damaged carpet that almost tripped people over, dirty hairy mattress and previous tenants possessions which I was assured would be sorted before moving in. It took 3 months to have things repaired. Estate agents are incredibly unhelpful and lazy especially a particular one who’s the lead estate agent. They take weeks to reply yet whenever you walk past they’re doing nothing. Incredibly rude when you get hold of them in person and act like it’s a burden for them to do their job but over email act professional to cover up their negligence. I made a complaint about the lead estate agent who was told It was me. She then made my issues worse by dragging her heels. Dead atmosphere within apartments. Parking spaces are tiny and awful. Struggle to fit most cars yet charge £150 a month which is extortionate. They brag there’s secure parking yet for months the gates where broken and cars not assigned spaces came and left as they please. Poor communication when events or filming was taking place. We were given notice either less than 24 hours before or never regarding this. So many places in Liverpool to go to before Mann Island, location may be very close to centre but I’d rather walk 10 miles than stay there. If I could give 0/5 I would.

   Dealt with alot of estate agents but these are by far the worst. ✅ Discriminate who can and can't have dogs.. ✅ Fine you for having items on your own balcony ✅ take a considerable amount from your deposit for their own end of tenancy furnishings To top it off if you pay your rent late they block your fob from entering the main entrance which in turn does not allow you to enter your own home. I'm not saying people should pay rent late but sometimes it can't be helped we are all human. Only advice I can give is not to rent or own a property in that block.
