Fantastic prices , fantastic customer service ! Spoke to the manager today absolutely lovely and so helpful went to one shop before and saw a bed I wanted for £950 then came to this shop and for the exact same bed I wanted was £610 ! And will come to me in just two weeks .

Went here today whilst there was a elderly deaf lady trying to sort out a delivery the sales man was so kind and patient with her explaining things clearly and professionally he was extremely polite serving us aswell if he is not the owner he is is a absolute asset to your company
We’ve now bought 3 beds and mattresses from Better Beds in Dartford. Most recently a small double ottoman. Nick patiently guided us through the process and we valued his experience and advice. It was delivered by Kenny and Joe both polite, friendly and helpful. Great quality bed with fab storage. Very happy to recommend Better Beds and will certainly use them again.
Amazing prices and great quality. I bought an ottoman bed and mattress a couple of years back and it has been sturdy and reliable since. Yesterday I purchased a king size mattress that I'm still waiting for at a very reasonable price. Service received from a tall slim fell was great and very reasonable delivery prices. I have already recommended it to friends. Will be back

This is really two reviews in one. My mum bought a bed for my place so she could stay over and she said the service from Freddie was friendly and professional. The bed is so comfortable that my partner wanted the same mattress for his bed. We went into the store and met Freddie who did not disappoint, he is a lovely young man and he price matched and was really professional. I am going to re-neme him steady Freddie!

I ordered King size bed, high sleeper and 4 mattresses from the better bed store. I would highly recommend. From when I first enquired to the delivery the customer service has been amazing. The beds where delivered and all set up for me. The staff who delivered were very professional and did a great job putting the high sleeper bed together. All the beds and mattresses are really high quality and would recommend. A massive thank you to Natalie for helping me with the whole process.
