   Today I walked in and met Raymond, who helped me choose the perfect mattress and bed frame. He was definitely patient and polite as I was up and down the shop, testing mattresses and changing the bed that I wanted to go for. I will definitely recommend this branch to family and friends. Kate, Raymond's colleague, was a star, even though I didn't deal with her directly; she helped me during the process while she was free. Team is very polite, helpful & honest! Thanks

   Only waited a few minutes to be served. Assistant showed us swatches of the colour headboard we wanted. Also showed us the relevant headboard in the shop. When we decided it was ordered and paid for, instructions given about delivery date. No delivery charge which is good.

   Went into the store Sunday without a clue as to what we wanted or needed. Was greeted by a really happy and friendly young man called Raymond. We told him we were just looking as I despise pushy sales talks and being followed around stores.. thankfully, he left us to browse and test out some beds and mattresses and stayed away, which I respected greatly. Once we had a better Idea of what we wanted, I made a point of seeking him out , purely because he was not constantly harassing me. He immediately made himself available to my wife and I and then told us in detail about the options available. We tried the sleep match system, different choices of pillows and then went through at least half a dozen different mattresses that Raymond suggested we try. At the end.. we bought a bed, a mattress, two special pillows and took out the bed and mattress insurance cover. It was only whilst placing the order did we get talking and it was then I found out that he had not been working there long at all. I was very satisfied with the level of service and even shook Raymond's hand at the end. I then told his colleague whom I think was his manager that Raymond impressed me and did really well. She was very glad for the feedback. Keep it up young man. Very impressed.

   I had a horrible experience with Dreams after dealing with Dreams for over 20 years. I ordered a Base and a mattress last week, delivery was set for the 30th of Sept, Dreams changed this date to the 2nd of October. I visited Dreams today the 27th of Sept 2021 to pay off the balance of my purchase. I was saved by a male staff, (the mistake I made, I didn't get his name) he was the only male working there with another female staff who was saving other customers. This man was arrogant, he doesn't listen to customers, certainly does not have people skills. The issue would have been solved if he listened to me. If he is the manager, he is not fit to be one. He has anger issues. Previous staff working there were excellent, namely Thomas. I requested that he removes the Insurance Cover for the Mattress. He told me it was going to affect the date of delivery.  I told him that I wasn't informed when I first made the purchase that cancelling the Insurance Cover would affect the date. I wasn't going to include £60 if I knew it would affect delivery. I would have made the decision then. I then asked him to check when the date of delivery would be after removing and I told him that if the date changes to a later date, I will cancel the order and get my money. He argued with me and he told me that I am unable to do that. I told him its my money if I am not happy I will reverse the order and get my money back. This led to an argument and in anger he wrote a number and he told me to contact Dreams Head Office. Truly Shocking Customer Service from Dreams Dartford. On my way home I passed through Benson for Beds and it was such a pleasure to be served by staff there. Maybe it's time to move on after 20 yrs with Dreams. WHAT AWFUL EXPERIENCE

   It was a pleasure to be served by Reece, the store was quiet so I got one to one support. He put me on the sleep machine and spent plenty of time to ensure I got the right feeling from the mattress offering advice and suggestions. When I narrowed my choices down to two he made me a lovely coffee and explained them both in more detail. His product knowledge was incredible! He got me to lay on my chosen mattress in my natural sleeping position and then layed down a topper and some nice pillows on it and I knew then that was the one. When I was at the desk he explained all the other options however wasn’t pushy and based on this I choose to take out the 8 years extended warranty. Now looking forward to my new mattress, topper and pillows. Thanks Reece for your advice, patience and coffee. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

   Reece went out of his way to make my buying experience as easy and pleasant as possible. All staff were knowledgeable on their products, offering me advice on my lower back pains and were up for a few jokes whilst I spent ages making up my mind which mattress to purchase. If only there were a 6* option for Reece and the guys.
