   They charge tenants for reference which is a clear conflict of interest. They delayed my reference by just enough time so that my rent became due for another month, how convenient! I have been waiting to proceed with the Alternative Dispute Resolution since I moved out in April 2019! I would describe Passion for Property Chester as bullies who take advantage of tenants. By charging for a reference, they force tenants to pay yet another fee otherwise they cannot move out. It was a shame that Susan Park left as she was completely professional at all times unlike the changing roster of staff that followed her. I’m very frustrated about the Deposit not being sorted out in 18 months and counting, sort it out please, Tim!

   We have lived in our house managed by Passion for Property for over 18 months. I can honestly say that the service has been excellent. During our tenancy we have several issues and they have all been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Linda and Carolyn have been the stand outs in terms of customer service although everyone we have spoken to were brilliant. Unfortunately we have been served notice and even this was handled with care and consideration by Linda. I wouldnt hesitate to rent from Passion for Property again.

   Terrible company. Other positive reviews are clearly written by the company itself. Please read other review sites. They average 2 out of 5. They are rude, obnoxious and are generally appalling to both landlords and tenants alike. We will never rent our properties with them again. Avoid at all costs. It’s a joke company and has a terrible reputation for a reason

   We had to have a shorter term rental while work was done on our house and throughout we found the team at Passion for Property very helpful and friendly. They were quick to respond to any issues and helpful in resolving these. While we don't want to actually have to rent again we were very happy with our experience!

From the moment we made an enquiry to the property Passion For Property have been nothing but professional, timely and courteous in all aspects of letting management. They are very responsive when you contact them and everything they have said they will do/arrange they have. I would recommend them 100%.

   Awful service, awful attitude to tenants. Highly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. If I could put no stars I would. Tried to withhold my deposit and more for completely made up and unnecessary repairs. Be very careful if they hold your deposit. Keep detailed records of the condition of the property when you take it on and when you leave and check the law on anything they try and claim. Ensure you go through the tenancy deposit scheme dispute service if they do. I found them very helpful.
