Although (unfortunately) we didn't use them for our sale, they were the estate agent for the property we were purchasing and were amazing. Megan was our main contact and she always went above and beyond to make sure things were sorted for us, chasing our solicitor and always updating us at every stage.    I dealt mainly with Jill and Phoebe and both ladies were very professional and helpful. The house was marketed very well by Gleave and sold for what they said it would go for. They operated an 'open' house system by which several people would view the property one after another on a given day. I had never used this system before but it worked well enough.
