We just used Cavendish to sell our house and they were absolutely magnificent from start to finish. They came and valued the house promptly (and, as it turned out, accurately!) and from that point forward communicated really well and were prompt to follow up after every viewing etc. Once we had found a buyer, they communicated well but didn’t harass either us or our conveyancers. Their commission rate was also extremely competitive. Thanks in particular go to Lun & Caroline in their Ruthin office.
